What are the absolute healthiest snack foods for dieting (besides vegetables)?

I’m desperate to lose weight. but i love to eat and every day i have atleast 3 snacks. what are the absolute healthiest snacks i can have (no sugar or fat) other than vegetables? PLEASE HELP!, thank you!




light laughing cow cheese with melba toast is a good snack – very low cal and filling!
obviously fruit…
yogurt…
Fruits and vegetables. Everything else is junk, including “fruit snacks” and “organic fat-free vegetable chips”. Good luck!
Raisins
Apples
Wheat Thins
Popcorn (they make little bags that are plain which saves you alot of extra cals and it tastes good look for natural)
A tiny sandwich with pb or some lean cold cuts(take one slice and fold it in half =)
low fat yogurt, fresh fruit, nuts with dried fruit
Fat Free Popcorn (no butter, no salt)
Apple Slices, Grapes, Watermelon or other fruits
Dehydrated Bananas or Mangos (from health food store)
Sunflower seeds
Fat-Free Sugar-Free Yogurt
Hummus
