What are some satisfying foods for dieting?

I don’t have a sweet tooth, I just get so freakin hungry i want to eat like five whoppers right now. I need something that its really satisfying and not disgusting to my body. I just want to stop feeling hungry.




Try a hearty soup that is full of veggies, chicken, and noodles. I swear by soup when I am losing weight. Have a slice of whole grain bread with it and I bet you will feel full quickly.
Try snacking on celery and peanut butter.
