What are some good dieting foods?

I’m 21 and I’m 443 pounds and I really need to lose weight. I thought I was 300 something pounds until I went to the doctor and discovered that I am 100 pounds more than what I thought, I don’t look 400 that’s why.
But anyways, I heard that if I eat green veggies, whole wheat and fiber with my diet, and along with exercise, I would lose weight in no time.
What should I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner?
