What are good foods for dieting?

im going on a diet and i want to know foods that are good for you and foods that flatten your belly.

    bananas are good for giving you a flat tummy. basically stay away from foods with a lot of sugar, look for foods with fiber in them instead.

    Try all fruits and vegetables also try grains? If that does not work try to go to the gym?

    Tuna, lean turkey, lean roast beef.
    45 calorie slices of bread.
    Air popped popcorn.
    Baby carrots & grapes and apples.

    Put condiments in your sandwiches like mustard, lettuce, tomatoes, pickles & onions.

    Dump all the bad foods in life.
    Oily, buttery, sugary, fatty, potatoes, bad bread & ground beef.
