If I am going to start dieting, what foods do I cut out FIRST to get started?

I have a lot of fat around my mid-section and I want to start walking and eating right. My pants don’t close anymore. What foods like cheese and starches for example do I cut from my diet? And what foods can I replace in my diet to keep me from eating sweets when I CRAVE them?

    Cut out sweets and replace them with celery(it is chewwy and crunchy so it is almost like a candy bar and has no calories) and with healthy, low-cal. gronola bars

    Cut out all things made with white, refined wheat flour, and eliminate all sodas INCLUDING diet sodas from your diet. Do not replace soda with beer or fruit juice, drink water.

    If you did just that much, you would begin to see a difference.

    I did many different way to lose my weight, but nothing worked untill I got this amazing way. It works fast and I lost my weight fast after I got correct way.
