I want to start dieting.Are there any foods that are great to eat?What are some examples so I can lose weight?

I have tried dieting before but it never lasted bc I got sick of eating the same foods. Please help. thanks




You might think about trying this book called “The Movie Star Diet” by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn’t think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.
I really dig eating a small bowl of cereal like cheerios in the morning to get my metabolism going. Then throughout the day I eat what I would have normally ate, but I subtract like 20% of the meal. Like if normally I would eat a gigantic plate of sweet and sour chicken I’ll leave like 20% of the chicken. Usually I’m full still and I didn’t eat as much.
Which foods aren’t going to hurt you as much as how much food you eat. Unless you weigh like 110 and want to get to 102 then you need to get serious about everything you eat.
Basically if you eat less you will lose weight. Period.
