How do you diet? What foods do you eat when dieting that result in weight loss?

    go wheat free. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on. And no food after 7 p.m.
    I know a woman who lost 60 pounds a month on it. She did nothing else!

    Weight Watchers..honestly..I lost 80 pounds in 6 months on their POINTS SYSTEM…and you DONT have to go to the meetings to lose the weight..grab a friend..go online (Limewire) and get all the information FOR FREE! Try it..my boss and I are doing this together! And its a lot of fun when you do it with a friend…healthy competition! Limewire is a “sharing media” where you can get information..aka POINTS food values/information. You can also get music for your Ipod for when your working out! Try it youll love it!

    I stay away from anything fried. I eat three meals a day which include lean chicken/fish, and fresh or frozen veggies. If I have salad w/dressing, I make sure I dip my fork tongs in the dressing so I don’t use very much dressing. If I want something sweet, I’ll try some fresh fruit or eat the Weight Watchers desserts. I just try not to deprive myself, but I try to eat small portions. I also make sure I keep my calories and fat intake at a decent daily amount. (Cal-1600 or so, and fat grams < 60). I lost 42 pounds in 6 months by doing this.

    My suggestions are:

    - Eat negative calorie food. People say a lot of some diet plans like low-carb diet but if you are used to eating wheat based foods, then you cannot go for too long without them. You will lose weight but soon you would want to eat the wheat based foods you will gain weight.

    - Drink green tea

    - Eat your dinner atleast 3 hours before going to bed. Later if you are hungry eat some fruits or nuts like almonds or drink skim milk.

    - Eat around 6 smaller meals during the day. Ensure that you are too hungry. Being too hungry makes you overeat.

    - Drink lots of water during the day.

    - Do a colon cleanse
