Dieting foods..!?

I am going on a diet and I want a meal plan made for me(either 3x a day, or 5-6 small meals a day) with healthy food. Mostly fruits and high fiber foods please. Maybe like 5 types of breakfast, lunch and dinners so i can rotate through the week. Please give me a good website, or tell me the meals yourself (easy to prepare foods with recipes.)
